DESCRIPTION: A fine Balkans miquelet gun . Barrel with chiselled rib and maker mark . Lock of traditional form , faced whit sheet silver engraved with foliage . Four barrel bands and fore - end sheath with foliate skrolls in relief . Fullstock part-covered with mother -of- pearl . Fine condition, no ramrod . Lg . overall 49 1/2 in. (126 cm ) , barrel 35 in . ( 89 cm ) . Very attractive gun .
